Ordering Packed for your student is quick and simple! 

• Click the “Get Started” button at the top of our home page, or go to “Pack a Lunch” in our navigation bar to build your Packed plan. Once you select your school, you’ll be able to see the days of the week that Packed is offered at your school location.
• Choose an entree and two sides that your luncher is interested in, and then use the dropdown menu to choose the day of the week you’d like that lunch to be delivered weekly to your student. Repeat for any additional days you’d like for them to receive Packed! 
• Once you're done choosing your lunches, enter your student’s name and specific delivery location within their school, and order! Don’t worry - you’ll be able to manage your Packed subscription, including switching entree and side selections, as well as pausing deliveries or canceling, through the link delivered in your confirmation email.
• Reach out to our team with any questions!

Please be advised: Subscriptions must be created by 8am EST to receive lunch on the same day as subscription creation!

Packed lunches are delivered directly to participating schools. All Packed lunches come labeled with the student’s name and classroom number if applicable to aid our delivery process!

No problem! You’ll need to place a separate Packed order for each luncher. That way, you’ll be able to manage each luncher’s subscriptions individually if needed.

Yes! All of our lunches are nut-free. We have entrées and sides accommodating of gluten and vegetarian dietary restrictions. All entrées and sides are labeled with any potential allergens.

Please note that our lunches are not produced in an allergen-free facility.

You can view, pause, edit, or cancel your Packed subscriptions by the day in your customer account.
You can access your customer account by clicking the account icon in the top right corner of your screen, logging in, and then clicking "Subscriptions." From there, you'll be able to click on each subscription for every day you get Packed, and manage them on an individual basis.
You can also access your customer account through the link sent to your email upon initial purchase of your subscription!

Important: Please note - changes to entreé and side selections must be made by 8am EST the morning of subscription delivery!

Yep! We ask that you skip your delivery or pause your subscription for that day before 8am the morning of your delivery.

Packed will manage skipping your lunch deliveries whenever there is a school-wide closure (planned or unplanned / weather related). It is your responsibility to skip any lunches that you do not want your luncher to receive whenever school is in session (for class field trips, sicknesses, or any other reason). If you do not skip by the 8am deadline, you will be charged for the lunch.
