How do I order a packed lunch?
Ordering Packed for your student is quick and simple!
- 1. Select “Pack a Lunch” in our navigation bar, and then select “Home Delivery.” You’ll be prompted to enter your zip code to ensure Packed can deliver to your home.
- 2. Fill your cart with three or more Packed meal combinations. All ingredients and allergens are listed for each menu item in the item description.
- 3. Once you're done choosing your lunches, proceed to the checkout process where you’ll be prompted to enter your delivery and billing information.
- 4. Checkout - and you’re all set! If you placed your initial subscription order before 8:00 AM EST on Friday morning, your first delivery will arrive Sunday. If you placed your order later on Friday or any time Saturday, your first delivery will arrive the Sunday of the following week.
- 5. Don’t worry - after logging into your account, you’ll be able to manage your Packed subscription, including switching entree and side selections, adding or removing lunches, skipping deliveries, or pausing/canceling, through the link delivered in your confirmation email.

How do I manage my Packed subscription?
You can view, pause, edit, or cancel your Packed subscription in your customer account.You can access your customer account by clicking the account icon in the top right corner of your screen, logging in, and then clicking "Subscriptions." From there, you'll be able to click on each subscription for every day you get Packed, and manage them on an individual basis.You can also access your customer account through the link sent to your email upon initial purchase of your subscription!
Please make sure to press "Save" after making any changes to your subscription!
Can I cancel or modify my subscription last minute?
Every week you’ll have until 8:00 AM EST on Friday mornings to make any necessary changes to your upcoming Sunday delivery.
Do Packed lunches need to be refrigerated?
Yes, Packed lunches should be stored in the refrigerator once they’re received on Sundays. They can then be eaten cold, room temp, or warmed up - however you prefer!
Are Packed lunches allergen friendly?
Yes! All of our lunches are nut-free. We have entrées and sides accommodating of gluten and vegetarian dietary restrictions. All entrées and sides are labeled with any potential allergens.
Please note that our lunches are not produced in an allergen-free facility.
Can I track my Packed delivery on Sundays?
Not quite yet - but we’re working on a solution for this! Stay tuned.
I live outside of Fayette County, KY. Can I get Packed delivered to my house?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to deliver to addresses beyond Fayette County. However, we are working hard to expand our reach as quickly as we can! Stay tuned for updates.
